This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

When you use the Services, you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
You may not:
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
Attempt to bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law
Reconstruct or attempt to discover any source code or algorithms of the Services
Intercept any data not intended for you
You may not:
Exceed bandwidth or storage limits assigned to your subscription tier
Use free-tier or trial services for production workloads or business-critical environments
Engage in automated high-volume testing or activities that materially exceed usage expectations for your plan
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks
Copy or adapt the Services' software, including Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code
You may not:
Systematically retrieve data from the Services to create compilations, databases, or directories without written permission
Collect usernames or email addresses by electronic or other means for sending unsolicited communications
Use automated systems including spiders, robots, scrapers, or offline readers to access the Services
Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Damage, reveal, or alter any user's data or information relating to another person or entity
You may not upload or transmit:
Viruses, Trojan horses, malware,or other malicious code
Spyware, passive collection mechanisms, or unauthorized tracking devices
Material that interferes with any party's use and enjoyment of the Services
Excessive spam or content that disrupts normal operations
You may not:
Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially to obtain sensitive account information
Attempt to impersonate another user or person
Create user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
Make improper use of our Services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
You may not:
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees, agents, or other users
Post defamatory, obscene,offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening content
Engage in discriminatory conduct based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Services
You may not:
Use the Services to compete with us or for unauthorized revenue-generating activities
Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services
Delete copyright or other proprietary rights notices from any Content
You may not use the Services in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, including activities that promote or facilitate illegal conduct.
To maintain service quality and availability for all users, we establish resource usage limits for bandwidth and storage. These limits vary by subscription tier and are defined in your service plan documentation.
Bandwidth usage includes all data transmitted through the noBGP network:
Inbound data transfers to your noBGP-enabled devices
Outbound data transfers from your noBGP-enabled devices
Data exchanged through LLM integration services
Any other network traffic routed through noBGP infrastructure
Your current bandwidth usage and limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
Storage usage includes all data stored within noBGP shared storage features:
User-uploaded files and data
Configuration files and scripts
Logs and historical data(subject to retention policies)
Backups and snapshots
Your current storage usage and limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
Excessive usage occurs when you:
Exceed your subscription tier bandwidth or storage limits
Consistently approach or exceed limits across multiple billing periods
Generate traffic patterns that adversely impact service availability or performance for other users
Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with your subscription tier, including using free or trial services for production workloads, automated high-volume testing, or any activity that materially exceeds usage expectations for your plan
If you use a free-tier or trial version of our Services:
Permitted Use:
Testing and evaluation purposes only
Non-commercial, personal projects
Development and experimentation
Prohibited Use:
Production workloads or business-critical environments
Commercial applications or revenue-generating activities
High-volume automated testing or sustained heavy usage
Service Levels:
No uptime, availability,support, or performance guarantees
Lower bandwidth and storage limits (see service documentation)
We may throttle, rate-limit, or disable access at any time without notice
We assume no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or any adverse effects
Paid subscriptions include higher bandwidth and storage allocations as specified in your plan. Additional rights and responsibilities are defined in your subscription agreement or service documentation. Service level commitments (if any) are explicitly stated in separate service-level agreements.
We aim to take proportionate enforcement actions consistent with the severity of violations. Where possible,we provide notice and an opportunity to correct violations before implementing restrictions.
When your usage exceeds acceptable levels for your subscription tier, we may take the following actions:
Throttle your bandwidth to reduce data transfer speeds
Temporarily suspend data transfers for a period we determine appropriate
Require you to upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan that supports your usage levels
Apply overage charges as specified in your subscription agreement
Prevent new file uploads until you reduce storage usage below allocated limits
Require you to delete files within a time frame we specify
Require you to upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan with additional storage
Apply overage charges as specified in your subscription agreement
Consequences for policy violations vary based on severity and your compliance history:
Minor Violations:
Written warning
Removal of infringing content or contributions
Opportunity to correct the violation
Serious or Repeated Violations:
Temporary account suspension(duration determined by severity)
Required upgrade to appropriate subscription tier
Throttling or rate-limiting of service access
Severe Violations:
Permanent account termination and removal from platform
Data deletion after notice period (30 days for paid accounts, 7 days for free accounts)
Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when appropriate
Legal proceedings where necessary to protect rights or public safety
We make reasonable efforts to notify you when issues arise:
Email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of bandwidth or storage limits
In-dashboard warnings and usage alerts
Advance notice of enforcement actions when feasible
Note: Immediate action without notice may be necessary to protect service stability or address security threats. Free-tier users may receive reduced or no advance warning.
When you exceed resource limits or violate this Policy, you may:
Upgrade to a higher subscription tier with increased allocations
Purchase additional bandwidth or storage capacity where available
Optimize your usage to stay within current limits
Remove or correct policy-violating content
Contact our sales team to discuss custom enterprise plans for high-volume usage
In this Policy,"Contributions" means:
Any data, information, software,text, code, music, scripts, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages,interactive features, or other materials you post, share, upload, submit, or provide on or through the Services
Any other content, materials,or data you provide to noBGP Inc or use with the Services
You warrant that:
You are the creator and owner of or have necessary licenses, rights, consent, releases, and permissions to use and authorize us, the Services, and other users to use your Contributions
All your Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and true (if representing opinions or facts)
Your Contributions do not infringe proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party
You have verifiable consent from each identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use their name or likeness
You may not post, transmit, or upload any Contribution that:
Violates applicable laws,regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, this Policy, our Legal Terms, or promotes illegal activities
Is defamatory, obscene,offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening
Is false, inaccurate, or misleading
Includes child sexual abuse material or violates laws protecting minors
Solicits personal information from anyone under 18 or exploits minors
Promotes violence, advocates violent overthrow of government, or threatens physical harm
Is discriminatory based on race,sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promotes or facilitates terrorism
Infringes third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
Misrepresents your identity or affiliation or implies endorsement by us
Contains unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, or chain letters
Violates any provision of this Policy
While we may moderate Contributions, noBGP does not pre-screen all content. We act upon valid reports of violations in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We determine, in our sole discretion, whether a Contribution violates this Policy. We expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage resulting from user breaches of this Policy.
Upon account termination, your Contributions will be handled as follows: publicly visible Contributions may be anonymized or deleted at our discretion; private data will be deleted within the notice period specified in Section 6.2; backup copies may be retained for the duration required by law or legitimate business purposes (typically 90 days maximum).
When your Contribution is a review or rating, you also agree that:
You have firsthand experience with the software and services being reviewed
Your Contribution is true to your experience
You are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews or with the product/service if posting positive reviews
You will not make conclusions about the legality of conduct
You will not post false or misleading statements
You will not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews
These guidelines apply to all official noBGP-managed community spaces, including hosted forums, social media groups, and discussion channels. We value kindness, empathy, and compassion. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or offensive language.
Be courteous, civil, and kind.Do not insult or harass others. Report violations to moderators.
No offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. Use appropriate names and avatars. Sexually explicit or illegal content results in bans.
We are an open and inclusive community. No racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of harassment or abuse.
No spam, trolling, or misinformation. Impersonation of other users or noBGP staff is strictly forbidden.
No unsolicited solicitation or spam. Product or project promotion is allowed only in designated channels or with moderator approval.
Respect privacy and consent. Do not share personal details or contact community members without permission.
Keep dialogue open, positive,and constructive. Disagree respectfully and focus on ideas, not individuals.
If you believe any Service,Content, or Contribution violates this Policy:

We review reports within 5business days and respond or take appropriate action. We will reasonably determine whether a violation has occurred.
If you believe Content or Contributions have been mistakenly removed or blocked, or if you wish to appeal an account suspension or termination, contact legal@nobgp.com within 14 days of receiving notice. Include your account information and explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will promptly review our decision. Content may remain unavailable during the review process.
noBGP, Inc. is under no obligation to monitor users' activities and disclaims responsibility for user misuse of the Services. We have no responsibility for user Content or Contributions created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and are not obligated to monitor or exercise editorial control over such material. If we become aware of Policy violations, we may remove Content, block accounts, and report violations to appropriate authorities. Unless otherwise stated, noBGP Inc. disclaims any obligation to persons who have not entered into an agreement with us.
Use of free-tier Services is entirely at your own risk. Free-tier users are not entitled to service levels or support, and noBGP Inc. expressly disclaims all liability arising from downtime, data inaccessibility, degraded performance, or service limitations for free accounts. Paid users may have different terms as outlined in their subscription agreement.
